I have not read this book. Dr. Joe says it is the more scientific book. It is the beginning of his explanation of how we use our mind in a true and real way to create our life, our personality, our world. D.
BREAKING THE HABIT OF BEING YOURSELF
This book I have read twice now and do recommend it. It is a book to read and re read. It is a book for study. As well, the third section of this book has truly penetrating journal writing work to explore and become aware of your personality and the emotional behaviour connected to it. D.
This book I am only just beginning but already it has a different approach and information that I did not find in Breaking the Habit. So far, worth reading as well. D.
