I started with this meditation and used it for several months. It has a strong method for getting into the "zone" or the alpha brain wave state. I especially like the emotional "change" exercise. Found it so useful on a daily basis to truly institute change in my emotional self. D.
I first experienced this meditation at the Progressive workshop and it was wonderful. I purchased my own copy and have tried to use it daily as my second meditation. It is so loving! A soft and gentle way to "love" the body through the energy centers. Truly a wonderful meditation. I also liked that it is much shorter than alot of them and so easier to use as a second meditation later in the day. D.
This is one of my favourite meditations! It takes me into the "no body, no place, no thing, no time" and leaves me there for a lovely, longer period of time. Then the opportunity to work with two beliefs is great for me. It is the longer of the two Placebo meditations but I am now at the point where I am truly enjoying the longer meditations, like I now "need" them. D.
This meditation is a very useful because it has all the same elements as Placebo No. 1, but is shorter. This one still takes you into the "void" but more quickly and again shortens the time spent there. Then it moves onto the release of one belief instead of two, again giving me all the important elements of the first Placebo meditation but in a shortened version which is useful for those mornings when my schedule needs me to spend less time. A great meditation, effective but in a shorter period of time. D.
This meditation I do not own yet as it was recommended that to me to practice and become well practiced with Blessings No. 1 before moving to No. 2. Will let you know what I think once I feel ready to move onto this meditation. D.
Another very useful meditation in that each meditation is shorter and so easier to work into my schedule. I particularly like the Evening one as it suggests that you do it and then go off to sleep. When I do that, I have a different, more restful sleep and the dreams it can bring are most interesting. Again, the shorter time is useful to work into my schedule when my days are more pressed. I do find that I miss the belief work from the other meditations, so we tend to use the Evening Meditation more often than the Morning one as I like a longer meditation in the morning. D.
This meditation I do not own and so have not tried yet. Do let me know what you think once you have tried it! D.
