Freedom is an interesting high vibration emotion because there is so much involved

in allowing Freedom into our lives.

It is not only about creating the sensation of Freedom within our lives.

Even more, the power comes from our choice of Freedom.

It is about each of us choosing to become, to allow, to accept  

Freedom into the inner world of our self.

This classroom is a journey into what Freedom is, and how

to find the power to choose it for ourselves.

After our exploration of the self  and the rediscovery of our power

to choose is over, then we will begin to understand our relationship with Freedom.

Next we use our power to choose and, bring Freedom into our physical and emotional bodies, chakra by chakra in our meditation process.

Freedom is truly a journey into the whole of You because understanding

what Freedom is, is not enough. Our mind can understand

but can our body "feel" free? 

As we move through the body, chakra by chakra, 

you can discover how freedom can live within the whole of you. 

As much as we look to our outside world to find our Freedom, 

it is an internal journey and without that internal journey, 

no amount of Freedom can ever truly reach us.
