In this Joy Classroom, we also discuss some little "tricks" you can use to quickly bring yourself out of a reactive state, into a Joy Full one.

Yes. Right now, read this paragraph and then do what we suggest.

Close your eyes, take two deep, slow, meditative breaths. Now, with your eyes closed, slowly allow a smile to emerge onto your face. Feel it come, sit in the smile for a minute and then come back and open your eyes.

Close your eyes and begin.....

So, what did you feel? How easy was it to create that smile? As you sat in the smile, how did you feel?
