TWENTY CONNECTED BREATHS
"Try twenty connected, pulling softly on the inhale and relaxing on the exhale. Count them in groups
of five, and on the fifth one fill all the room you
have in your body with your inhale. Breathe into your chest, your belly, your head and your toes,
but release the exhale immediately when full without any holding. Doing twenty connected breaths once or twice a day is totally safe."
